Initial consultation is free of charge.

Any consultation or alteration to the prescribed orthotic is included in the purchase price in the period up to and including the 90th day after the fitting and collection date, which is when the device is dispensed.

Our 100% money back guarantee is only valid up to and including the 90th day from the fitting and collection date of your Orthotics.

In extenuating circumstances the 90 day inclusive period can be extended if the clinic deems it necessary. Any further alterations, after the 90 day period, to the device are at the cost of the client.

The costs of the prescribed orthotics are listed below.

A deposit of at least one third of the total cost of the orthotics will be required on ordering.

Full payment is required upon fitting and collection for both the Skeletal Balance System Orthotics and the Prescription Laser Scanned Orthotics.

Prescription Laser Scanned Orthotics

The shell of these orthotics are guaranteed for life against damage and should they need replacing there will be no charge incurred.
The Prescription Laser Scanned Orthotics are supported by our 100% money back guarantee.

Delivery Terms

The Clinic will do it’s upmost to have the orthotics ready within three weeks of receiving the deposit. On all occasions the client will be required to collect the orthotics up from the Clinic.

Missed Appointments

If you are unable to keep your appointment you have made with us without giving notice, we may charge you a missed appointment fee.
